Whimsicott Plush WIP by Panda-In-A-Box Whimsicott Plush WIP by Panda-In-A-Box
DISCLAIMER** - I don't have access to a nice camera atm, so all of these shots were taken with my phone. I apologize for the crappy quality.

------------------------

These are some "In Progress" pictures of a recently commissioned plushie. Everything you see was stitched, embroidered, and stuffed by hand. When she was finished, she was about 7-8" tall. I drafted the pattern completely from scratch and the buyer was aware that the plushie was not an official Pokemon product.

-------------------------

*EDIT: I will not provide patterns, but I can try to answer any questions about construction or tips for hand sewing. :)

It's kind of hard to put into words, but you want to make the hair out of multiple pieces. The largest (main part of the fluff), the "bangs" as another piece, and to create the "tufts" on the bangs and the main part of the hair I made several small balls of fluff and hand-stitched them in place.

Don't forget the "star" shape on the back, I unfortunately don't have it pictured here, but that piece is also two pieces (the star and the "ball"). Hope that helps, I'll be making more of these guys eventually so there will be a semi-tutorial to help with the visuals.

Happy Holidays~

It is made out of a combination of cuddle fleece (body + "hair") and normal non-pill fleece for the eyes, mouth, and horns. Hope that helps! :D
